I did a little happy dance when I stumbled upcon the painted ladies by Isabella Di Sclafani. I can’t stop staring at the wonderfully awkward and oh so striking expressions in their faces. Love! Based in Montreal, Isabella is a fulltime artist who has been painting since she was a teenager and gives the credits for her artistic path to her art loving dad:
Even a quiet Sunday afternoon at home would turn into a trip to the local modern museum. I never quite understood the impact of art until I began making it myself in my teenage years. And everything began to make sense to me. Art is a good thing. There is no world without art.
