I have a weak spot for these quirky little characters by Norway based artist Marianne Engedal. Beautifully drawn, heavy headed thinkers that seem just a little too lost in thoughts to face the day. Yup, sometimes plant, cats and coffee are your best friends.
We have a winner..
Congratulations, Micky! The beautiful art print by Lieke van der Vorst is yours!

A new giveaway will open Monday. Happy Weekend!
Daria Solak’s lively illustrations are such a delight to look at. With about every possible color she creates landscapes, cityscapes, pets, portaits and more, all with that same quirky character. Love!
Melanie Gandyra’s illustrations make me want to re-do my home and paint the walls in beautiful pastel colors. Then I’ll buy me a bunch of nice plants and hope it will bring me that same homely feeling I get when looking at her gorgeous drawings. They’re so lovely!
I know I shared her work countless times before. But really, I need to do it again. Italian illustrator Monica Barengo continues to dazzle me with her delightful & delicate drawings. The elegant characters, the beautiful brown shades, the mysterious atmospheres.. love!
With lots of details and quirky characters, Vivien Mildenberger’s narrative illustrations tell stories from the past and from our imagination. Whether it’s a scene from Harry Potter or something that happened in history, she captures them all in that same wonderful, playful style that has so much charm and character.
Summer ends this week people! How about holding onto it just a littlebit longer with boats, beers and sunbathing naked folks in the whimsical drawings of Sophie Jackson. I only learned about Sophie’s work last week and was very charmed by her long-armed quirky characters. So lovely!
