It’s the gorgeous forest drawing in the first image that first caught my eye when I stumbled upon Ran Zheng’s whimsical drawings. Using colored pencil, Ran draws landscapes, characters, botanicals and many more imagery, all in such a playful and whimsical style. Love!
I don’t have a dog. But these heartwarming drawings by Nansgo make me want to go out and get me a furry friend right away! I stumbled upon Nangso’s work on Instagram some time ago and am slowly falling in love with all of her drawings, in which a very special friendship seems to be the main theme. So adorable! <3
We’re starting off the week with some soft, sweet and delightful drawings by France based illustrator Cécile Metzger. Aren’t these lovely? I spotted Cécile’s work on her beautiful Instagram where she shares all kinds of crafty sketches and papercuts. I’m a really big fan of her little box illustrations too!
I was so delightfully surprized when I stumbled upon a drawing of two naked lovers on Pinterest the other day. As it turns out, Illustrator Eleonora Arosio has a whole series of cheerful naked folks that warm my heart and make me giggle. So fun, friendly and cute! The first illustration called I was an Eagle is my favorite.
You can find many ore by Eleonora on her website.
All the works below and many more are currently available on print in her Etsy shop.
I have a weak spot for Lubek’s beautiful and lively drawings. Using colored pencils a her medium and the things that surround her as inspiration, Lubek creates portraits of folks that are full of character and flair. The champagne-sipping genteman is my favorite!
I spotted the work of South Korean illustrator Dayeon An on Instagram some time ago and have been a fan of her illustrations ever since ever since. I love her playful style and her focus on the daily things in life; yummy cooking ingredients, pretty plants, friendly folks…so fun and colorful! Oh, and LOVE the drawing of the drawing on Dayeon An’s own working desk <3
