Spencer Herr, whose beautiful paintings focus on impacts of religious and philosophical ideas, earned his BS at the Northern Arizona University and currently works and lives in Asheville, NC. His works have been exhibited at various locations, including the Hickory Museum of Art and the Out Sider Art Fair in New York.
