I’m so incredibly smitten with the gorgeous details in these miniature birds by Nayan & Vaishali. Using hand cut & hand painted layered paper, they create colorful and charming little birds that will easily fit in the palm of your hand. the blue and green European Magpie in the first image is my favorite!
Based in Ahmedabad, India, illustrator Vaishali and furniture & interior designer Nayan are a paper loving couple that started their career as miniature model makers in the winter of 2015. By continuously exploring possibilities, their creations have become more detailed and layered over time, leading them to a current focus on tiny and delicate birds from all over the world.
