I’ve been a big fan of Kristen Solecki’s Instagram for quite some time now. The super cheerful and diverse illustrations I see passing in my feed always put a smile on my face! Kristen uses different materials for her works, such as paper, paint and pencils. And she frequently works with ceramics too (I have a weak spot for her cat planters)
Based in Charleston, South Carolina, Kristen Solecki is an artist and illustrator who graduated from Philadelphia’s University of the Arts. She has created works for a large variety of clients and her art has been exhibited in various galleries across the US. Besides illustrating, Kristen also teaches workshops and curates exhibitions herself.
