I love it when artists use a mix of different materials to create their illustrations. It can give so much character to a piece. Like with these beautiful ladies, budgies, piggies and other characters by Karina Busquets. So fun and lovely!
Being a mixture of so many things herself (she is originally from Brazil, currently based in England and has family roots in Catalonia), it only felt natural for Karina to work with as many different things as possible. Besides working with traditional materials such as ink, watercolor and paper, she also likes to combine this with digital drawing from her Ipad.
