About the pendant

The original illustration was made by hand (using water colour and Indian ink), printed on ceramic transfers by a specialist printer and baked into the porcelain glaze in a professional kiln, to ensure durability. The front is glazed, the back unglazed. A bail is attached using a skin friendly glue.

Handmade pendants differ slightly, making every piece unique. Size is approx. 31 x 37 mm. Each comes with a kraft box, ready to be given as a gift or used for safekeeping.

About Yvonne

Yvonne de Jonge works and lives in the beautiful historic town of Middelburg, the Netherlands, with husband Mario and their three cats. She is owner and graphic designer at Studio Groenling (since 1996), maker of illustrated work under the name of Mouseblossom (since 2011) and founder-editor of Visual Strands; an online zine which features and connects inspiring people since 2015.
