Stitch Folks

Embroidery artist Carrie Burch loves to get crafty with curling hair, weaving plaid and echoing brush strokes, all with a needle and silk thread. The bigger the challenge, the better! The brand Stitch Folks comes from her obsession for making people laugh and working on little details. For Carrie, it’s those details that matter the most, as they reveal uniqueness in each of the characters she creates.

Currently based in Michigan, Carrie is an art school graduate who creates portraits, quotes, logos, and really anything that might cross her path. Personally, I’m a very big fan of her portraits. I love staring at the tiny stitches in her close-ups. Iron Maiden never looked this cute!

Carrie frequently shares wonderful shots of her embroideries on Instagram & Facebook. She loves working on commissioned projects so if you’re interested in getting a logo done or having you and your loved ones eternalized in a hoop, visit her on Etsy for more information.
