Molly Hatch

Being a daughter of a painter and a farmer, Molly Hatch’s childhood was divided in physical labour, play and creating art. As an artist she still labors, plays and creates unique paintings on ceramic plates which I have been staring at forever. These are so gorgeous!

Molly Hatch received her BFA at the Museum School in Boston and her MFA in ceramics at the University of Colorado in Boulder. She has created pieces for many institutions in the art- and design industry. Her largest plate painting so far is called Physic Garden. It counts 500 plates and is permanently on view at the High Museum of Art in Atlanta, GA.
