Istanbul-based artist Merve Ozaslan collects old vintage photographs and gives them a gorgeous natural touch. By merging together forests and urban life, she doesn’t only create fascinating images but also questions the relation between nature and humanity in general. “it seeks the answer whether greed, urbanization, mechanization and detaching from the nature is favorable or coherent for human or not. In that sense natural act appears with its all colors when our emotions are paralyzed in the vital points of the cliche and dull city life.”
Merve sells originals and prints at Saatchi Art
