The beautiful and semi-realistic paintings of artist Travis Collinson drew my attention at once, mostly because of the intense and slightly exaggerated expressions of the characters. There’s a wonderful tone of awkwardness in his works that makes the people he paints very human. Travis Collinson currently lives and works in San Francisco, California and his works have been featured in both solo- and group exhibitions.
